Introduction:

Host: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,/ Dear friends, a very warm welcome to the Annual Day Celebration of our beloved college. We are thrilled to have you all here as we celebrate the incredible talents and achievements of our students.

Welcome the Guests:

Host: We are honored to have esteemed guests amongst us today. Please join me in welcoming our President of our college Adv. Devendraji Butte Patil [name of the guests]. Thank you for gracing this occasion with your presence.

Lighting of the Lamp:

Host: We now request [name of the guest] to join us on stage for the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the spreading of knowledge. 

Welcome Song:

Host: To kickstart this evening of festivities, we have a mesmerizing welcome song performance by our talented students. 

(Let us all give them a big round of applause.)

Felicitation:

Host: It is time to recognize and honor the achievements of our students. We would like to felicitate those who have excelled in academics, sports, cultural activities, and other areas. Their hard work and dedication deserve our applause.

Student Speeches:

Host: We will now hear from a few of our outstanding students who will share their experiences and the impact our college has had on their lives. Let us lend them our ears and be inspired by their words.

Teachers Speeches:

Host: Our teachers play a pivotal role in shaping our future. We are privileged to have them guide us on this journey of learning and growth. Let us hear from some of our esteemed teachers as they share their thoughts and reflections.

Presidential Speech:

Host: It is now our honor to have our college president address us on this auspicious occasion. Please join me in welcoming Adv. Devendraji Butte Patil [ [name of the college president] to the stage.

Prize Distribution:

Host: As we celebrate the achievements of our students, we will now proceed with the distribution of prizes. It is a moment of pride and joy as we recognize their hard work and dedication. 

Vote of Thanks:

Host: Before we conclude this wonderful evening, we would like to express our gratitude to all those who have made this event possible. A big thank you to our management, faculty, staff, and all the students who have put in their efforts to make this day a grand success.

Host: We also extend our heartfelt thanks to our distinguished guests for their presence and support.

Host: Finally, a special mention to our parents and well-wishers whose love and encouragement have been instrumental in our success.
