Q. The NSS unit of your college has organised a speech writing cleanliness drive in your city. Prepare a speech in 150 words that you are going to deliver as the secretary of the N.S.S. Unit.

Respected Principal, Teachers, and my dear students,

I Jyoti Walunj, stand before you today as the Secretary of the NSS unit of our college to address an issue that affects us all – the need for a cleanliness drive in our city. It is our duty as responsible citizens to take action and make a positive change in our surroundings.

Cleanliness is not just about maintaining a tidy appearance; it is about creating a healthy and hygienic environment for ourselves and future generations. A clean city reflects the character and values of its residents. It promotes a sense of pride and well-being. Through this cleanliness drive, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of cleanliness and inspire everyone to take responsibility for their surroundings. By actively participating in this drive, we can make a significant impact on our community.

I urge each one of you to actively participate in this cleanliness drive. Let us join hands and work together to clean our streets, parks, and public spaces. Let us spread the message of cleanliness and inspire others to do the same.

Remember, "a clean city is a healthy city, and a healthy city is a prosperous city". Together, we can make a difference and create a cleaner and greener environment for all.
