 A.3 Analysis- Give reasons for the “rope” being called a symbol.

Ans- A rope is used to climb safely. It connects each mountaineer with the other and gives a message that they are attached firmly. It is the symbol of working unitedly. They were not two individuals but a team, and they could only reach the summit if they worked as a team. So, it is the symbol of unity.

A.4 Personal response-

Explain the importance of sports in a student’s life.

Ans- The importance of sports in a student’s life is as follows-

i. Sports are a crucial part of student’s growth and development.

ii. They help in the development of mental health and physical fitness of the body.

iii. Through participation in sports and games, a student gains various skills like time management and discipline, improved leadership, and team-building qualities, winning and losing are all part of the games experience.

iv. And very importantly, they boost self-confidence that is helpful for developing their personality.
