Personality Development

Introduction: 

The word Personality derives from Latin word persona means ‘mask’ or ‘dress up’. Everyone has wear a mask or dress up according to the situation, places and incidents and it can be developed, refined, polished over a period of time.

Usually we say ‘First impression is the last impression’. But it’s not true. Impression is also changed by over time.

Definition-  

Personality development is actually the development from the organized pattern of outsiders and behaviours which make an individual distinctive.

Before you start to working on your personality, you need to understand yourself. Identify your strengths and weaknesses. This will enable you to focus on what part of you needs the maximum attention.

To know you we should understand some points-

Relationship with other Humans

Manners and presentation

Elimination of negative energy and attitude

Physical and psychological development

Our responsibility ; vision and mission

Personality development is to sum total of the physical, mental, emotional and social characteristics of an individual.

After all, personality development is nothing but a tool that helps you realize your capabilities and your weakness and strengths. In short, personality development is nothing but “to know you and yourself”.
