            *Present Perfect Tense*

*It express the completion or perfection of an action now.* 

рд╡рд░реНрддрдорд╛рди рдХрд╛рд│рд╛рдд рдПрдЦрд╛рджреА рдХреНрд░рд┐рдпрд╛ рдкреВрд░реНрдг рд╣реЛрддреЗ рддреЗрд╡реНрд╣рд╛ рдкреВрд░реНрдг рд╡рд░реНрддрдорд╛рди  рдХрд╛рд│ рд╡рд╛рдкрд░рд▓рд╛ рдЬрд╛рддреЛ. 

Present Perfect tense represents the work which has been done but the effect of which still exists. It uses ' have/has' and the past participle form of the verb.

Formula - 

*S +  have/ has + V3 + O/Compliment*

Examples-

1. I have worked in the farm.

2. She has listened a lecture.

3. They have observed my lecture.

4. I have written articles on different topics.

5. He has read various kinds of books.

6. They have played football.

7. She has taken coffee.

8. He has gone to the library.

9. We have shopped in this market.

10. We have watched movies in this Cineplex.

*To describe an action which was completed at some time in past.*

Formula - 

*S+ had + V3 + O/Compliment*

Examples - 

1. I had worked very hard today. 


2. Seeta had seen this movie ЁЯОе. 


3. They had caught a ЁЯЪН a bus.


*Functions of the past perfect-*

The past perfect refers to a time earlier than before now. It is used to make it clear that one event happened before another in the past. It does not matter which event is mentioned first - the tense makes it clear which one happened first.

*Earlier action / 1st action (рдкреНрд░рдердо/рдкрд╣рд┐рд▓реА рдХреНрд░рд┐рдпрд╛) - Past Perfect Tense.* 

*Second action /later action(рджреБрд╕рд░реА рдХреНрд░рд┐рдпрд╛) - Simple Past Tense.*


1. John had gone outwhen I arrived in the office. 


2. I had saved my document before the computer crashed.


3. When they arrivedwe had already started cooking.


4. He was very tiredbecause he hadn't slept well.


*Past perfect + just-*

'Just' is used with the past perfect to refer to an event that was only a short time earlier than before now, e.g.


1. The train had just left when I arrived at the station.


2. She had just left the room when the police arrived.


3. I had just put the washing out when it started to rain.

*It is used to express an action that will be completed by a certain time in the future.*

*S +  shall have /wii have + V3 + O/Compliment * 

*Examples -*

1. I shall have written a novel ЁЯУЦ. 

2. We shall have done our study.

3. I will have finished this ЁЯУЩbook before you come.
