Example:
1. You are Sharad Mathur, the General Secretary of the club of your college. Write a brief report of the Annual sports activities for the college magazine.

ANNUAL SPORTS ACTIVITIES AT H.R. MAHAVIDYALAYA

The fabulous and memorable  Annual sports activities competition were organised by the Sports club, Hutatma Rajguru Mahavidyalaya, Rajgurunagar on 23rd December 2026 at the college playground . The event was conducted for the students of all streams. The program was organized to encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students. A large number of Students participated actively as players and volunteers. 

Dr. Shirish Pingle, the Principal of college inaugurated the 'Annual Sports Activities' by lighting the lamp. Students participated enthusiastically in different competitions such as cricket, football, kho kho, volleyball, kabaddi, badminton, and athletics and many other events. Students showed great enthusiasm and discipline. The matches were conducted smoothly under the guidance of sports teachers. The audience encouraged the players with great excitement.

At the end of the event, the prize distribution ceremony was held on the same premises. The prizes were distributed by our eminent kabaddi champion left rider player Mr. Akash Shinde ( Nashik). The winners were awarded by trophies & certificates. 

The event concluded a sincere Vote of Thanks expressed by the Professor Jyoti Walunj of H.R. Mahavidyalaya , Rajgurunagar.
