With reference to above mentioned subject, i request you to allow me for re-examination, which is held on last week of September.

As I was suffering from viral fever, I could not appear for the 1st Tutorial Examination, held between the 6th Sep. to 9th Sep, 2022. I am attaching the medical certificate with this letter and my personal details are as follows-
